VZ-APS designs community-based research for economic development and project management capacity leveraging the existing capacities of local communities, job seekers, training institutions, organizations and markets to support economic livelihoods and improve the quality of life.

Agriculture & livelihood – Supporting farmers by strengthening their production capacity through optimized farming practices and helping them sustainably integrate into agricultural supply chains and regional markets.

Small Entrepreneurs – Mentoring skills development, job placement and their integration into the local work force and economy.

Project Management Office (PMO) – Helping organizations to establish or improve an effective Project Management Office (PMO) and build their project and portfolio management capabilities.

Project life-cycle – Supporting organizations at all stages of their life cycle, from detailed planning and design to implementation.
